Gal's Birthday brought the Sands Beach Club to a close in glorious weather style. We had such a great time and can't wait to do it again next year. The Sands Beach Club Rules!

July 4th Fireworks & Weekend Fun at the Beach

I captured the July 4th fireworks overlooking the 59th Street Bridge/East River in NYC from the top of our friend's apartment. Their living room view is this photograph.

Jonah's 8th Birthday Megabash

The Sands Beach Club in Atlantic Beach, NY once again proved to be the most incredible place for an 8 year old birthday party. My Jonah bear was the master of the beach for a full 6 hour birthday scavenger hunt, dance party (complete with faux-cash prizes), hoola contest, pinata bash, water balloon toss, dodgeball, sunset photos, and more smiles than you can shake a stick at. It took me nearly a week to plan, purchase, map out, write the clues, and bury the treasure for Jonah's scavenger hunt - but it was worth every minute! Just look at smile on this birthday boy...
