Winner Best Family Photographer in New York 2010 - Michael Jurick Photography

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Jurick Photography has won the Best Family Photographer Award for the 2nd year in a row! The results from the 2010 Nickelodeon ParentsConnect Awards came in tonight and we are so grateful for all your support and couldn't wait to share the news! Thank you so much to all our clients, friends and family - the support has been incredible. We work extremely hard to produce the very best images for our clients and this is a wonderfully rewarding honor. What an amazing summer it's been!



The Nickelodeon Parents' Picks Awards is an annual nationwide online poll that allows parents to vote for their favorite family places, products and parenting tips. The 2010 voting took place this past summer and tonight we were crowned the 2010 Parents Picks Awards WINNER. Nickelodeon has established Michael Jurick Photography as the Best Family Photographer in New York and to announce the win, the "Parents' Picks 2010 Winner" seal will be displayed and featured as the winning product, tip or place on Nickelodeon's ParentsConnect site until the 2011 awards, so parents everywhere will know that they are the best of the best.

Whoo-hoo! Today, I was presented with the award for best NYC family photographer 2009 by Nickelodeon's Parents'Picks! This is incredibly exciting and I genuinely thank each and every one of you who voted for me - and especially to those who made voting for me part of their morning routine! This contest was a testament to the power of cyber marketing and social networking - the good word about my photography even reached my close friends & family down in São Paulo, Brasil and reached the other side of the planet in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan. I hope that you had a chance to review my portfolio and find that my photography work had a little bit to do with the award as well ;)
